Whew! What a year! This is where we were at the beginning of the year.
Our front yard on Hill St. in Texas
We have a lot of great memories around this table!
(I’m not posting a picture of us at the airport on the way to Israel. It’s just too sad. All the pictures are filled with people crying!)
This was our first meal in our new apartment in Jerusalem….on a piece of plywood!
And we quickly got busy doing this!
And this…..
And this…..
Walking on the Old City Walls
We had a great group of interns for the summer and had lots of fun together!

We helped with the Elav Youth Conference outside of Tel Aviv in August. We saw many lives radically changed and healed!
My biggest surprise of the year was when my girls and two grandsons showed up in my house one day, and I had no idea they were coming! My…. how the tears flowed!
We made a quick trip to Egypt in July.
The girls stayed for two weeks. Two glorious weeks!
This is the day this summer when Rachel Baker came to stay with us for three months! We love her so much!
On the Temple Mount (Courtney, Destiny and Rachel)
And here are a few more who visited us:
Hunter Ward, Preston, and Jerri
Fourth of July with Stephanie Chase, Rickey Augustus, and Rachel
Sam Torres, Jerri, and Preston
Looks like an album cover, doesn't it?!!!
Elias Reyes is in the middle of the picture. He is our Missions Pastor from our supporting church in the States.
Gary, Nathan Gathright, and Preston
Eating at a restaurant on the Sea of Galilee with Stephanie, Maggie, and the Bakers
We had an amazing time with Rachel’s dad and sister, Ray and Olivia. Our families are pretty tight! We love them so much.

Chelsea, Rachel, Olivia, and Mandie
I love these girls!
At the Dead Sea with the Griffings and Tracy Kingham
Shabbat with Cas Cordova and Jeremy & Kami Lankenau
The Fall Feasts of Israel through our eyes:
Rosh Hashana
Yom Kippur at the Western Wall
Gary in the empty street on Yom Kippur
Sukkot (Feast of Tabernacles)
Patti Ridings and Preston in our sukkah at the prayer room
4th night of Hanukkah
This has been an incredible year, and we are forever grateful for all the the precious saints in our lives who have made it possible for us to serve Yeshua in the Land that He loves. We are excited about what 2010 will bring!

These pictures made me cry, especially Yom Kippur at the wailing wall and how I loved seeing your folks there! Thank you Jerri for taking the imte to write and share Israel. To think of being there catches my breath away. One day – one day.
